FNF: LE SSERAFIM

The Funkin’ Crew and K-pop group LE SSERAFIM brought this special collaboration to Friday Night Funkin’. The official announcement was published on January 3, 2026, and the game’s v0.8.0 update added SPAGHETTI (feat. j-hope of BTS) (Clean ver.) as a playable song in Story Mode and Freeplay.

LE SSERAFIM are the guest performers in the stage, with Sakura, Chaewon, Yunjin, Kazuha, and Eunchae appearing as animated characters. j-hope is the featured artist credited on the song; Boyfriend performs its rap passage in the game. SP COLLAB 1 is the menu entry for this special collaboration.

For players, the collaboration turns a released pop song into an interactive performance. The vocals, rhythm chart, animated group members, and familiar FNF leads all share one stage. Fans of the song can follow its vocal parts through the notes, while FNF players meet a new cast through the game’s usual rhythm controls.

The stage also gives Boyfriend and Girlfriend active singing roles alongside the guests. Camera changes, lip-sync animation, and colored lights accompany the track, making the diner feel like a music performance as the song develops.

The opening places Boyfriend and Girlfriend at a retro diner, with burgers, fries, and drinks on the counter. Girlfriend demonstrates a newly discovered power: a tap lets her learn a language instantly. She speaks Japanese, then passes the ability to Boyfriend, who responds in Korean. This short exchange sets up their participation in the song.

A horn interrupts the conversation, and a truck crashes into the diner. Dust, scattered stools, and the vehicle change the setting into the stage used for SPAGHETTI. Boyfriend and Girlfriend recover as the music begins; Yunjin kicks open the truck door and starts the performance.

Kazuha, Sakura, Chaewon, and Eunchae join the scene as the track unfolds, gathering around the truck and the FNF couple. The ensemble sings together during the chorus. Boyfriend takes the rap passage associated with j-hope, and Girlfriend joins vocal sections with the group.

The chart follows the different singers with one set of playable arrows. Watch the notes as the camera and lighting shift between performers; the character currently singing can change while your controls stay the same. Completing the song carries you through this short collaboration story.
